FAQs – OX and Snake

Belt guide size - In order to purchase the correct belt size for you please ensure you measure the area which you will be wearing your belt. Check your measuring for high, medium or low waisted outfits. (To be precise thread the tape measure through the loopholes of your jeans.) If you don’t have a flexible tape measure, then use a piece of string to measure with and then place the string against the tape measure to find out your measurements. You could also measure against an old belt you own to compare for size. If you are struggling, we can answer any questions just contact us and we’ll get straight back to you.

If you feel your belt has unique bumps or markings it is the natural beauty of the hair on hide leather. This is normal as no two hides are the same. Hair on hide is different to smooth leather and will always have some lumps and bumps in some areas. Some parts will be hairier, thicker, thinner, different hair stroke or just a bit unusual however it is just the natural beauty of the hide.

All belts have been checked so if you aren’t happy for any reason with yours then please email info@oxandsnakeco.com and we will look at replacing it for you.

Refunds – If you wish to return a product you have 28 days to return the product if its unworn and unmarked and in its original packaging. Once we have received the item we will provide a full refund within 3-5 working days however we will be unable to refund shipping fees for outside the UK. The return address will be on your receipt and your returns label. If required, you can email info@oxandsnakeco.com for the return address and for any other questions.

Delivery – We will despatch orders as soon as possible. All orders within the UK should arrive within 1-3 working days. We will always aim to get all the orders out as quickly as possible and if you have any special requests for quick delivery we will always be happy to try and help. Please email info@oxandsnakeco.com for any special delivery requests.

Please be aware we do our best to ensure your orders are delivered to you on time however once we ship the item is in in the hands of the delivery company and is then there responsibility to delivery the parcel. When the belts are packaged we will try to package your order in one box however we can only package 2 belts maximum in one box. When ordering more than 2 belts we will have to package the orders separately. If you are buying one as a gift and need them to be packaged individually please let us know as we are always happy to help.
